Engagements & Deliverables
Anything on this site — timelines, capabilities, case studies — is descriptive, not a binding offer. The specifics of any project are set out in a separate signed agreement, which takes precedence over this page where the two differ.

Intellectual Property
The NXIT name, logo, site design, and written content belong to us. Ownership of work we produce for a client transfers as set out in that engagement's agreement, typically on final payment. We retain the right to reference completed work publicly unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Liability
This site is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where the law does not permit such a limit.
Changes & Governing Law
